General Description

In this project the objective was to study and explore the market, trends and patterns from CX's perspective, discovering weaknesses and strengths for the competitors and identifying opportunities to take advantage. The methodology used is Journey Mapping, it is about a visualisation of the process that a person goes through in order to accomplish a goal. In the following sections, we are going through the Refer a Friend option with different competitors and propose a possible solution.

The proposed solution in the prototype is that the user has a section to invite friends within his account in addition to receiving at the time of log in an email in his inbox with the same promotion. While this promotion is fixed, it could have a limit or reset every time. All this must be explained clearly in terms and conditions.
