General Description
This project has come to life on this same website, if you want to try it live, go to "store" using a WordPress template. My new skill is creating ecommerce from 0 to 100. Fully functional and personalized.
Phase 0.1 Basic configuration
To start, perform basic settings on Wordpress, taxes and payment methods.
Phase 0.2 Product Creation
In this second phase I focus on the creation of products. Enable the option of virtual products (downloadables), configure affiliated products and add product variables.
Phase 0.3 Menus and widgets
To give a little structure and shape to the store, edit and configure the menus and widgets, giving the Strange Bright store shape and adding personalized features. At this stage, we also work with attributes, categories and tags, to facilitate customer navigation and allow them to find what they need in just a few clicks.
Phase 0.4 User Testing
To finish the project I finished configuring the orders, coupons and reports section to assess the efficiency of the e-commerce. I also ran a variety of user tests to check that everything worked correctly and added the option to apply discount coupons.
